GRAND MEDICINE | Grand Medicine (also “GM” or “GranMed”) began as a clinical practice in Holistic Medicine in 1972. Evaluating the health of our clients included employing the Eyology sciences of (first) Physical Iridology (Iris-1), then Sclerology, then Personality Iridology (Iris-2). In 1995 we began teaching classes in three sciences, and soon afterward conducting actual research. Our largest research project to date was initiated in 2007 as a 10-year study of Type 2 Diabetes funded in part by the McCoye Foundation of Los Angeles.
| Today, we offer health practitioners a variety of lectures, courses, books, maps, and other Eyology products. Lectures range in length from 1 to 4 hours; classes from 2-Day Weekend Intros to full 54-hour 6-Day Certification Courses in all three of these most popular Eyology sciences plus Adidam Radical Healing. All lectures, course and classes are hi-tech multimedia lecture/digital-projection presentations with entertaining and easy-to-follow graphics filled with plenty of iris and sclera images drawn from the GM Archive of actual Clinical cases plus images od students' eyes taken in class.

Grand Medicine holds a unique position in the field of Eyology science. The late Dr. Bernard Jensen hailed Dr. Leonard Mehlmauer, our director, as one of the pioneers in Iridology. We served on the original Board of Directors and are life time members of IIPA, founded The World Eyology Guild, and currently edit and published the field periodical Eyology Journal.
| | Grand Medicine Personnel are presently working on Eyology research projects in MS and other disease processes, as wellas the above mentioned diabetes and the theoretical aspects of the Eyology science including sclerology and the various branches of Iridology. We release our research results in media vehicles appropriate to their most effective publication and distribution, including Eyology Journal. Advanced books in Iris-1 and Iris-2 are in the works. We are preparing our materials in easily readable Chinese and other languages. Apprenticeship and Internship programs are also available. |  |
