Eyology Terms and References

"Eyology" is a term coined in 1995 by Leonard Mehlmauer to include both Iridology (and its seven branches) and Sclerology, the sciences that reveal the various conditions of bodily being through markings and colorings in the eyes. Most references to "Iridology" involve Physical Iridology. But, there are other "Iridology" studies.

Combining the Iridologies with Sclerology gives us a most powerful tool of health evaluation. The Synergy of Iris and Sclera emerges dramatically when these great sciences are used together (see Case Histories). Physical Iridology focuses on genetic information, while Sclerology is heavy on current physical data. Personality Iridology emphasizes the way we learn, our gestures, our expression of energy, attitudes, talents, and traits. The practitioner who rightly uses all three already has a wealth of data on his client.

Grand Medicine is an organization of caring Eyologists working together to foster cooperation, standardized instruction, right education, research, mainstream medical acceptance, and otherwise positive growth in the Eyology industry. Grand Medicine ("GM", "GranMed") is the parent organization of the peer reviewed Eyology Industry quarterly, Eyology Journal.

Eyology Journal is a hard-copy and (soon) email magazine designed to provide information on the Eyology sciences. Subjects include worldwide expos and symposia, articles on the seven branches of Iridology, Adidam Radical Healing, Eyology imaging systems, book reviews, case histories, terminology, interviews with top practitioners, practice-building tips, and much more. Email us at gm@grandmedicine.com or call 702-896-3348. ($50US per year in USA, $60/yr. in Canada, $75 foreign; prices include postage.)

GranMed Courses on single Eyology subjects or variously combining the Iridology sciences and Sclerology are available in many countries (Physical Iridology with Sclerology, "3-in-1" Physical Iridology, Personality Iridology, and Sclerology, etc.). We show you how to use these sciences effectively, including how to integrate them in a clinical setting-with treatment principles, office forms-the works! Certification, apprenticeship, and teacher training are available.

Books and Maps on Eyology are available. Research in Eyology is progressing at Grand Medicine. Funds are greatly needed, since there is no money coming in while research is conducted. Grants and donations for this work are deeply appreciated, as we fully anticipate many benefits to humanity arising from these efforts. Information on our current work can be obtained by those with a serious intent to help and as described in the pages of Eyology Journal.
